This device is designed to measure flow velocity in flood and high flow areas of general rivers and waterways, and it is an improved and developed version of the CM-1A electric flow meter that has been used and appreciated for many years.

A flow meter that meets the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's standard error of 5%. It can handle flow rates from micro to medium with a single unit, achieving a reduction in annual running costs. This device features a newly designed detection and indication unit, with the detection unit designed to minimize water resistance, allowing for more accurate flow measurements. The indication unit is also very lightweight, at one-fourth the weight of conventional products. The measurement range is broad, from 0.03 to 3.00 m/s, making it suitable for hydropower investigation as well.
